Terms of Service
These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReqSight application (the "Application"), which is provided by Shreyas Gokhale (the "Service Provider"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Application.
2. Use of the Application
The Application is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to:
- Use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Application
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its related systems
3. Intellectual Property
The Application and all content, features, and functionality are owned by the Service Provider and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
4. User Accounts
If you create an account to use the Application, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
